ToggleIngredients for the apple cider vinaigrette
1/3 cup olive oil (or alternatively avocado oil)
1/4 apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP mayonnaise
1/4 TEA ground garlic spice
1 TEA dijon mustard (or brown mustard, either will work)
Approx. 2 TBSP honey
1/4 TEA sea salt
Dash of black pepper
Notes: Balsamic vinegar will make it a little sweeter, and an additional tablespoon of mayo can make it smoother/creamier. Alternatively, if you don’t like mayo, you can substitute sour cream. I’ve tried it all these ways and it is still delicious.
Direction
Whisk together and refrigerate. Feel free to add additional honey if it isn’t to your liking. If you don’t love garlic or you have allergies, you can substitute the garlic powder with something else that you like for example, thyme, rosemary or basil.
