INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk together the grapeseed oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper, and lemon juice. Rub the chicken breasts with the mixture, then place on a rimmed baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until done and juices run clear (time will depend on the thickness of the chicken breasts).
