Ingredients
½ cup cornstarch
1 cup water
½ cup white rice flour
½ cup salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vegetable or olive oil
food coloring of your choice
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a pot and cook over low heat for approximately 3 minutes while stirring. Cook until the mixture forms a ball. Cool completely in the pot. Store in an airtight container.
