This is one of the easiest recipes you’ll ever make! I use my Kitchen-Aid mixer with the whisk attachment, but a hand-held blender works just as well. Combine all the ingredients and blend at medium-high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture is fluffy and forms stiff peaks. If you’re new to making whipped cream, start on low speed to incorporate the sugar without it flying out of the bowl. Gradually increase to medium-high and continue blending for a few minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
NOTE: Keep a close eye on it when using the Kitchen-Aid, as over-blending this recipe can ruin the texture and turn your perfect whipped cream from fluffy to something that is more dense or curdled. If this happens, gently mix in a bit more cold whipping cream by hand (or at a very low speed) to restore the desired consistency. However, if it’s mixed too far and turns into butter, starting over is your best option.
