Lavender Rose Sleep Tea is my recipe to help you fall asleep naturally with a delicious alternative to pills! It’s easy to make, utilizing only 4 ingredients. If you need help sleeping, I wrote an article that may help you: 4 Essential Oil Blends to Relax and Sleep.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Chamomile herb, dried
1 Tbsp Lemon balm herb, dried
1 Tea lavender herb, dried
1 Tea rose buds/petals, dried 
Optional: honey or sweetener of choice

Directions to make Lavender Rose Sleep Tea


Heat 2 cups of water to boiling, turn off the heat and set aside. Steep the dried herbs in hot water for 5 minutes. Sweeten if desired. Sip an hour before desired sleep. May also drink during the day to help with anxiety.
