10-ounce bag fresh organic baby spinach
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced ginger root
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Rinse spinach well and set aside. Heat oil in a large wok, then add ginger and garlic and stir. Add spinach and saute until wilted, 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
