This smoothie is rich in potassium from the bananas and tastes delicious. Even the kids will love it! The cinnamon spice is fantastic because it contains compounds to support your heart health, insulin levels and blood sugar.

*1 cup whole milk
2 medium ripe bananas (ok if frozen)
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey for sweetness
1/2 cup crushed ice (or 5 ice cubes)

Directions
Put everything into your blender or Vitamix and blend on high until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Optionally, add a scoop of your favorite greens or protein powder. When I make this, I add half a scoop of my patented blend superfood drink mix: YUMMY GREENS®
