Ingredients
4 Celery sticks
1 or 2 Green Apples
1 Large Beet, washed and peeled
1/2 inch Ginger
Directions: Juice together in your juicer. I recommend a juicer because if you use a blender, it will be too gritty and chunky. However some people prefer it that way to get more. I use my juicer and it tastes great. The ginger will give it a lot of zing, so this is optional. I do recommend it for those of you who have painful arthritis, knee pain or nausea. You can alter the veggies to your palate, for example, if you like carrots, parsley or oranges you can certainly try those as well. Juicing is healthy and creates a lot of natural plant-based antioxidants.
