Ingredients
Eggnog (any commercial brand you like)
Matcha powder
Water
Cinnamon powder for garnish
Optional: Honey if desired
Directions
Mix 1 teaspoon matcha powder into 1 cup of water, if you’re making bulk maintain the same ratio (ie 4 tea matcha for 4 cups water). If this is too much caffeine for you, of course, back off the amount of matcha powder.
Heat the water and stir as directed to make matcha. Mix it into a tea cup with about 1/3 of the cup being eggnog, and 2/3 of the cup being your freshly brewed matcha tea! Add honey if needed/desired. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
