ToggleToday, I’ve got a super simple, yet utterly delicious recipe to jazz up your breakfast routine. Imagine a dish that’s as easy as pie but as sophisticated as a Sunday brunch at your favorite cafe. Yes, I’m talking about a mouth-watering Air Fryer Breakfast Frittata that will have your taste buds dancing! It’s quick and easy.
Ingredients for the frittata
A little spritz of cooking spray
1/4 cup bacon bits
3 – 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup shredded cheese (because cheese makes everything better, right?)
Optional: 1 green onion, chopped, or some red bell pepper
Directions
First things first, preheat your air fryer to a cozy 350 degrees and find your nonstick insert that fits into your air fryer. I currently use a Ninja, so I have a round cake pan that fits mine. Spray it well, we want everything to slide out smoothly!
In a large bowl, toss together the bacon bits, the fresh eggs, cheese (and bell pepper or green onion if you’re using it).
Pour this egg-cellent mixture into your prepped cake pan, lol!
Pop it into the air fryer and cook until the frittata is set and ready to delight. Mine usually takes 4 or 5 minutes, you want it to look set, not wet!
