1 bunch carrots, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 fresh orange, juiced and zested
2 tablespoons honey
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric, freshly grated

Saute for a minute then add the carrots and let it all saute together until the glaze thickens slightly. Add salt and pepper if desired.
