Herbed Greek Yogurt Vegetable Dip

INGREDIENTS
12 ounces plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon fresh chives, minced
1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper.  Add s&p to taste, and refrigerate overnight, adjusting seasonings again when ready to eat.  Serve with fresh crudites.
