Winter Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS
4 ripe but firm kiwis, ends removed
3 firm organic bananas, peeled
6 mandarin oranges, peeled and segments separated
3 ripe red apples, cored
1/2 cup pomegranate arils (I like to buy the cups of arils already removed from the pomegranates – so much easier and doesn’t leave your kitchen looking like a crime scene!)

DRESSING
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

DIRECTIONS
Whisk dressing ingredients together and set aside.  Chop all fruit except arils into similar-sized chunks and combine.  Gently toss with dressing and serve!
