Lavender Rose Sleep Tea

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Chamomile
1 Tbsp Lemon balm
1 Tea lavender
1 Tea rose buds/petals

Directions
Heat to boiling 2 cups of water, turn off the heat and set aside. Steep the dried herbs in hot water for 5 minutes. Sweeten if desired. Sip an hour before desired sleep. May also drink during the day to help with anxiety.
