Ingredients
1 large tomato, sliced
1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
1 ripe avocado, sliced
Salad dressing of your choice
Salt/pepper to taste
Optional: Feta or goat cheese
Directions
This is a simple, fresh idea if you’re bored with lettuce-based salads! Arrange the slices of tomato, cucumber and avocado on your plate. Pour your dressing over all of it, and sprinkle with salt/pepper. Add cheese on top if desired. I made this recently and used Panera’s brand of Caesar salad dressing and it was mouth-watering. Serve this salad chilled. As another alternative, this would be delicious if served in a soft tortilla wrap with some chips!
