3 large Roma tomatoes, preferably organic, sliced thin
1/2 pound fresh mozzarella
1/2 cup basil, sliced thin
1/4 cup red onion, sliced thin
Optional: Feta or goat cheese
Arrange your tomatoes and mozzarella on the plate, and sprinkle the basil and red onion on top. Add your feta cheese if you’re including that. Drizzle some Balsamic dressing on top as desired, along with salt and pepper.
