Summer Savory Salad

4 cups arugula, rinsed and cut
2 cups romaine lettuce, rinsed and cut
1 cup organic cherry tomatoes, rinsed, and sliced in half
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, peeled, and sliced thin
5 radishes, rinsed and sliced
1 TBSP black sesame seeds
Optional: Goat cheese chunks on top
Dressing of your choice or make a very simple “Balsamic Vinaigrette” dressing. CLICK HERE to see recipe.

Rinse and clean all of your salad ingredients and toss gently in a bowl until well combined. Add the salad dressing of your choice that meets your dietary restrictions. Alternatively, make this Balsamic Vinaigrette.
