ToggleIngredients for Thousand Island Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
1/2 to 1 TEA allulose (or keto-friendly sweetener) – the more you put, the sweeter it is
1 -1/2 TEA lemon juice
2 TBSP chopped pickles
1 TBSP chopped onion
1/4 TEA paprika (smoked, Spanish, or any kind, it’s more for color)
¼ TEA garlic powder
¼ TEA sea salt
Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients and chill. This makes a delicious salad dressing. Adjust the sweetener to your taste, you can even leave it out if you want. I usually use 1/2 TEA but that’s just me!
