ToggleIngredients for Caesar Salad Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
5 TBSP oil (mild olive oil, or avocado oil work well)
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP anchovy paste
2 TSBP Worcestershire sauce
4 medium-sized cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (the dried type works best)
Salt/pepper to taste
Optional: 1/2 TEA of dried mustard powder spice
Directions
To make this homemade Caesar salad dressing, just combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and gently whisk together until the salad dressing is consistent. That’s it! Serve with salad or with chicken wings. This consistency is how I like it. If yours is not thick enough to your liking, you can certainly thicken it with either arrowroot or corn starch.
[The next time you make it, don’t add the 5 TBSP of oil and it will be thicker.]
This particular Caesar salad dressing has a nice garlicky flavor because I love garlic. If you don’t, just leave it out. Also, you can read how garlic is helpful to your health – it’s all in my article: Natural Alternatives to the Top 5 Medications Prescribed.
