Ingredients for Apple Cranberry Coleslaw
1 bag shredded cabbage (Any brand will do – I like the “angel hair” and it is just finely shredded green cabbage)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 large apple, peeled, chopped into 1/4 – 1/2 inch pieces (bitesize)
3/4 cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
Salt & Pepper to taste (~ 1/2 tea salt and 1/8 tea pepper)
1 TBSP honey (add more if you prefer it sweet)
Optional: 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Combine everything together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve cold.
