1 bag shredded cabbage (I use angel hair)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 large apple, peeled, chopped
3/4 cup Craisins® (or dried cranberries)
Salt & Pepper to taste (~ 1/2 tea salt and 1/8 tea pepper)
1 – 2 TBSP honey (depending on how sweet you want it)
Optional: 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Combine everything together and refrigerate. Serve cold.
