Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients for Creamy Horseradish Sauce

1 cup sour cream or Greek, unflavored yogurt (or Skyr)
1/4 cup prepared, plain Horseradish (I use “Bubbies” but any brand will do), pat it dry
2 TEA of any kind of vinegar, white, apple cider, balsamic (or lemon juice)
2 TBSP finely cut chives
1 TEA freshly cut thyme from the sprig
1/2 TEA sea salt
1/4 TEA pepper
Optional: 3 TBSP of mayonnaise or salad dressing

Fresh Grated Horseradish


Combine everything together and stir. Chill until ready to serve. Goes well with my recipe for PRIME RIB, as well as Rib Wrap Samwich.
