1 cup sour cream or Greek, unflavored yogurt (or Skyr)
1/4 cup prepared, plain Horseradish (I use “Bubbies” but any brand will do), pat it dry
2 TEA of any kind of vinegar, white, apple cider, balsamic (or lemon juice)
2 TBSP finely cut chives
1 TEA freshly cut thyme from the sprig
1/2 TEA sea salt
1/4 TEA pepper
Optional: 3 TBSP of mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions: Combine everything together and stir. Chill until ready to serve. Goes well with my recipe for PRIME RIB, as well as Rib Wrap Samwich.
